Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but small This is my favourite moisturiser ever but it is so small I am constantly buying new ones. Please consider Releasing this in a value size!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good since the formulation changed. I have been using Daily Advance Ultra Hydrating Lotion for more than ten years and it has been my go to moisturiser. About a year ago, I noticed that the formulation was changed. The lotion's texture and feel were different, with what feels like a larger amount of glycerin. It now feels more like a much cheaper version of Sorbolene. I have also noticed that it leaves my skin feeling rough and in need of exfoliation more often. The previous formulation left my skin soft and smooth instead. A message to Cetaphil: please change the formulation back to what it was before. It was much better than it is now.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not good This moisturising lotion burnt and irritated my skin. Previous cetaphil products have not. When I tried to leave a review they took it down and wouldn’t say why, perhaps because I rated it as 1 star.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burning I have been using cetaphil products and moisturisers in particular for a few years now as I have sensitive skin. I switched from one cetaphil moisturiser to this one and it burns my face. I thought it was just my skin being sensitive but I tested it with this on one side of my face and another moisturiser on the other and only the one side was burning. Something about this formula compared to their other formulas is making my skin burn, become extremely dry and sensitive

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Changed formula I don't like the new formula and I don't understand why they changed it. I used to use Cetaphil moisturiser all the time on my face and body and loved it, but ever since the formula has changed, I don't like it as much. The old formula was so light and soaked into my skin really well, but now it's a lot heavier and sticky and niacinamide breaks me out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Liked the original formula better I don't understand why you changed the formula. The original formula was much nicer. This new formulation is heavier, stickier and smells different (it's not necessarily bad, but its slightly off putting and plastic-y?). I really loved the old formulation, it applied smoother and sunk into the skin nicer. It wasn't so sticky and it didn't have a weird smell. Really disappointing because this formula just doesn't really work for me now. Although, I am going to try the lighter 'Moisturising Lotion' in this range after I have finished this bottle but if that is similar to this version then I'll have to look for another moisturiser.
