Fist time userImpressed with product. Has helped after a couple of days of taking one each morning. No night sweats. Mentally feeling better and more motivated, less brain fog. Its been two weeks now and still have some aching joints but over all feeling better. Worth a go for those women wanting to try alternatives to HRT
