Won’t go under bridge, end tip bends too much
So hard to use. Sometimes it takes 2-3 flosses and dozens of tries. I usually give up. The end is not firm enough, it bends too much.

Most pieces break on the floss side
I find the stiff end works well to thread between teeth, however the floss end frequently frays, splits, breaks and gets stuck between my teeth and hurts so that I end up using a different floss to do the normal flossing. The occasional box is fine but frequently whole batches are horrible. If i knew of an alternative, I would use that.

Terrible for cleaning teeth not part of bridge
The floss always breaks and I have to use another oral b product (great for sales I’m sure). Why isn’t the non spongy floss waxed or the provided with a waxed floss option?

Used to be good but not anymore
This product used to be excellent for cleaning under my crowns, now the spongy part is too short and too thin to do much cleaning. The hard end that supposed to help to get it between the teeth is way too short and weak and it is really hard to work with. It even takes time to figure out which end is supposed to be the one, as they are too similar! Obviously you changed your supplier to reduce costs for yourself. I have now using brushes as I have no choice. Bring back the old product!!! No, I do not recommend this product.
