DermaDrate Cream is an intensive moisturiser for dry skin combining maximum moisturising activity with minimum sensitising potential.
It contains Urea 10% moisturiser and keratolytic, lactic acid 5% keratolytic and Sodium PCA 5% a powerful moisturiser that can bind 80% of its own weight of water from the atmosphere. Sodium PCA is 50% more moisturising than glycerine and 100% more moisturising than propylene glycol.

Great Stuff ! But tends to be a bit gluggy. I transfer some to another container and dilute it with boiled, filtered water. It goes further, lasts well and does not leave any stickiness.
