What is it for?

Dosage
Adults and Children over 12 years: Take 10 mL morning and night for 20 days. Children 2 to 12 years: Take 5mL morning and night for 20 days. Repeat every 3 months, or as necessary for 10 days. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Additional Advice
In regard to constipation, attention to diet and exercise in this condition is of paramount importance. Adequate exercise levels, dietary fibre, water and dietary oils are essential for normal peristalsis and bowel function. It may also be useful in situations involving chronic constipation for the person to regularly sit at the toilet whenever they feel the urge to evacuate, regardless of whether or not they do actually pass any stool. This assists in the management of this problem.

Contains equal parts of:
Benzoic acid 6C, Berberis aquifolium root bark 6X, Carbo veg. 6X, Crataegus monogyna fruit and flowering herb top 6X, Merc. sol. 12X, Nux vomica seed 6X, Silicea 6C, Sterculia acuminata seed 5X.
