Rutin is a natural bioflavonoid which may help to strengthen the integrity of capillaries, helping to reduce the risk of bruising and swelling. Bioflavonoids may also support the health of the circulatory system and can be used for sprains, inflammation and associated pain. Rutin may reduce the swelling and bruising of soft tissue injuries.
HOW TO USE
Recommended adult dosage
2 tablets
2 times a day
or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
