if taken 1 month prior to conception and during pregnancy
Vitamin D3 to support calcium absorption to assist with baby's healthy bone development
Omega 3 to promote baby's healthy brain and visual development
Recommended adult dosage
Take 2 capsules once daily with food, or as professionally prescribed.
Do not exceed the stated dose of folic acid. If you have had a baby with a neural tube defect/ spina bifida, seek specific medical advice. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Fish oil - natural (tuna oil) 500 mg
containing omega-3 marine triglycerides 160 mg as:
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 130 mg
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 25 mg
