Good product for mild B12 deficits
No issues with the product, it is as expected a reliable supplement for those needing a little more energy but don't get much red meat in their diets. Would be helpful if Blackmores could advise if this is one of the products they add lactose to to enhance absorbsion, for those trying to mange their lactose levels.
