Pour baby lotion into your hand. Rub both hands together to warm lotion. Gently apply to baby's face and body. If it gets into your baby's eyes, rinse with water.
Store below 30°C.

Cetaphil Baby Daily Lotion
This body lotion is really light in texture. It is incredibly light and also too light for summer as well. It is more watery than moisturising.
So it doesn’t really do a good job at moisturising or hydrating as my baby is too young to produce their own body oils.
But it smells nice.

Nurturing baby’s skin
I first starting using Cetaphil baby products when I received mini samples of them in a baby show bag. I love the mild faint fragrance. The lotion is runny but not watery and it spreads well around the body. It runs in nicely and leaves my baby’s skin feeling smooth and hydrated. It doesn’t irritate my baby’s skin either. The pump action bottle is a godsend when you only have one hand free and a wriggly baby on the change table!

Surprisingly good affordable lotion for adult humans.
I got this lotion from a friend who got tattoos and needed to keep it hydrated after getting it done. After using it for a while on the arm, he left it unused and passed it to me. Huge 400mL lasts a while even though I was using a lot.
Do not like the smell of it. Too much smells like soaps (what people call "floral" I call "soapy" smell) and could not imagine using this on a baby. But on me was all right.
Really softens the skin! And it is very hydrating and leaves skin so soft. Spreads so easy since it is light and liquidy, but not watery, quite emollient and softening. Was so surprised that it works so well on my usually normal skin. From all lotions so far had no much difference, but this one really makes skin feel 'juicy'. Shame perfume is soapy. Luckily does not stay long on.
Another surprise: cheap lotions usually are based on water and mineral oil (my skin hates it). But not this lotion, has no mineral oil or other petroleum byproducts. Hydration comes from sunflower oil emulsion, glycerin, vitB5 and shea butter.
Ingredients: Aqua, Helianthus Annuus Seed Oil, Sorbitol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Octyldodecanol, Polyglyceryl-3 Diisostearate, Glycerin, Panthenol, Butrospermum Parkii Butter (Shea Butter) Hexyldecanol, Hexyldecyl Laurate, Caprylyl Glycol, Carbomer, Parfum, Dimehicone, SOdium Cocoyl Glutamate, Dipropylene Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Heliotropine, Sodium Hyrdoxide, Propylene Glycol, Tocopherol, Citric Acid.
It recommends to slap it on a baby : body and face. Do not know. Lotion is gentle and hydrating, but too perfumed and not really for the face. Baby's skin does not need stuff like this at all. Let alone on the face.
Disclaimer: this baby lotion and baby wash are only Cethaphil products my skin can handle and likes! The rest I stay away from as they are really bad quality.

My favourite cream for baby
After using aveeno products my newborn developed allergic reaction. I started using cetaphil soon after and have never looked back. This is very gentle, light weight yet moisturising cream for babys sensitive skin. It applies so easily, absorbs quickly and does not feel oily after. I love the scent, very fresh and clean yet not over powering. I have been using this cream on her since her first month and have not had any concerns. I would keep using this and would recommend to new mums.

Gentle yet effective
My little boy developed dry patches of skin, soon diagnosed as eczema, at around 7 months old. Have been using this every second night after his bath and have noticed a massive change in his overall skin appearance. Lovely smell and doesn't leave hands or baby's skin too greasy after.

Good for dry skin
When my son was 1 month old he started to get dry skin around his ankles and his arms. Ever since I used this product it has help his skin so much ! It didn’t work over night but after 4 weeks it made such a difference, the only thing I don’t really like about this is the fragrance it is abit strong for a baby in my opinion but it’s not over powering.

Cetaphil Daily Baby Lotion | good but too runny
I used the Cetaphil Daily baby lotion on my toddler child every second day after a bath. This lotion has a nice, subtle shea fragrance which is very pleasant. It also absorbs almost instantly making it very convenient to dress her up immediately after.
One thing I didn't really like was how runny it was. It was so runny that it was very easy to make a mess everywhere if I am not careful in dispensing it, and it is not the easiest task on earth when you are wrestling with a child.
I like it but not enough for a re-purchase.

A nice Shea butter baby lotion
This was also a freebie from the Brisbane baby expo which I happily took overseas for my summer holiday. It's a nice light lotion with the sweet Shea scent that I love. I normally only use colloidal oatmeal lotion on my son because it's a lot better at nourishing the dry skin he has from eczema, but I find this is also quite nice as it's not so thick in consistency that I need to warm it up prior to application like my go to moisturizer.
It applies without the yucky sticky feeling and absorbs quickly into the skin. I'm not sure if it needs to be reapplied as I always add sunscreen after so he doesn't seem to have dry skin during the day.
I think we're both pretty happy with this lotion
