Platinum heel balm
I have been using this platinum heel balm by Dermal Therapy for a week now as I had noticed my heels had become very dry. I had noticed a difference of hydrated and moisturised skin even after the first day which is in tune with their shows visible results in 1 day. The tube comes in Dermal Therapy's signature design and packaging. It is has an RRP $ 20.99 for 125grams. The size of the tube is a great size for travel. The quality of this platinum heel balm reflects the price range. The balm has a clinical like scent and it applies smoothly and it is non greasy. I definitely will repurchase this heel balm it is a game changer.

ONLY HEEL CREAM THAT WORKS!!!
This is THE holy grail of heel creams!!! I end up getting big dry cracks in my heels. They are unsightly and hurt. This cream has changed everything. The difference in 1 day of application is crazy... by 3 days applications the cracks are GONE! My heels are now smooth and hydrated. Honestly I will never buy another heel cream again. This is the best. It's thick and soothing plus a little goes a long way so the tube will last you for ages. I hope Dermal Therapy never stops making this cream. I absolutely love it and have gotten my family members onto it as well.

Only thing that works!
During spring and summer I get very dry cracked heels. I can't stand it. They are painful and look terrible. That was until I found this stuff. It is AMAZING! It is the only heel cream I've ever used that actually works. From first use too! Smooths out my feet ans moisture. I find it works especially well when I use it combined with a foot file (use foot file first and then rub cream on heel and foot). Works a treat! If dry, cracked feet are a problem for you then I highly recommend you get this product. Its made a world of difference for me. I've even purchased for family members and they can't believe how well it works either.

This heel balm is the best product on the market. I have very dry feet and heels and none of the other creams helped me. This balm works miracles in just one day (after one application). the tube is not to big but it last me for quite long so i can say its worth the extra money. highly recommended to everyone who has a problem with very dry and cracked heels .
Extra tip- put a cling wrap after application and warm socks . keep it for an hour . Your feet will absorb more of that balm and will get more softer.

Really does help
I have dry skin and my feet does seem to get the worst of it. I always seem to have skin on my heel that are either cracking or so dry they feel awful. I have tried everything I can get my hands on and so Dermal Heel Balm seem to be the best so far. It does not completely cure them but I don't think anything will. I use this cream daily and always put on a pair of socks so that the cream does not go all over the carpet. You use a small amount and rub it in as much as you can. It feels nice and its in a handy size. You can't miss it in the shop as the box is brightly coloured, blue white and red. If you only have sore feet occasionally it would work very quickly ,they suggest 1 day.

IT'S WORTH PAYING THE EXTRA!!!
Caring for your feet was a lot easier throughout this summer with the amazing Dermail Platinum Heel Balm. It absorbed quicker than my usual brand, and showed some seriously good results after just a few days. You know you're on to something when your manicurist is impressed with your feet!!! Although it is hard to wear socks when it's very hot, I find it really does give you the fastest results. It will be much easier now that it is cooling down, but it is definitely worth paying the extra for getting really smooth feet!

noticeable difference
My heels have been dry for sometime as I had neglected this particular area of my feet. I have been trying alot of products from this brand because of the 'visible results' so I decided to try the platinum heel balm next which show visible results in 1 day.Two days in from testing the balm out on my heels the balm did overhaul the look and feel of my heels, and it locked in the moisture adding lots of hydration. My heels are softer and less dry.The texture of this product is not greasy at all which helps as other brands I feel like I am sliding around. The only negative for me is that the balm has a clinical like scent.

Yes it works
I received a sample size in a beauty box. Just in time for summer and when my feet were already not looking their best. So I was excited to try this as I hate nasty looking feet!
I must admit I was a bit dubious about the claims of 'visible results in 1 day'. And as to be expected there was no difference after 1 day. I actually didn't think there was much of a difference until some days later. There was definitely no miracle change, it just sort of crept up on me, I suddenly noticed that my feet were looking better.
I agree with the claims that the cream is non greasy, it applied easily, you don't need a lot. The fragrance is mild and pleasant.
I only used the cream on my heels and still used my 28g tube very quickly. I think for the price point is would be rather expensive if you were using it on the rest of your foot.
I'm not sure if it was anything to do with the extra hot weather we were having, over 40 degrees, but I found after the initial improvement on my heels there wasn't much more improvement after that. I was also swimming in the ocean which usually keeps my heels smoother but i was surprised to find some roughness coming back. I'm a little undecided about the long term benefits?
But overall, one of the best heel creams I have tried.
