Agiofibe is a special dietary fibre supplement containing a unique ratio of balanced dietary fibres.
Agiofibe has been specially formulated to match the ratio of fibres in a normal varied diet which is made up of mainly insoluble fibres (seeds etc.).
Agiofibe therefore contains mainly insoluble fibres with a smaller content of soluble fibre. This reduces the incidence of bloating and flatulence that can be experienced with some fibre supplements that are high in soluble fibre.
Experts recommend people take about 30g of fibre a day, which means that in general Australian adults should really be taking at least 5-10g per day more fibre than they currently consume.
Agiofibe is supported by both the Colorectal Foundation and The Gut Foundation because it has been specifically clinically proven and is one of the leading dietary fibre supplements in the world.
HOW TO TAKE AGIOFIBE?
Each teaspoonful of Agiofibe is approximately 5g of dietary fibre (with a ratio of: insoluble 60% to soluble 40%).
The adult dose is 1 to 2 rounded teaspoonfuls of granule taken in the evening followed by a glass of water.
The dose can be reduced for children. Agiofibe granules should be swallowed whole, or mixed with yoghurt.
Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist patients should consult their healthcare professional.
