Focus enhancer
have been taking Keen Mind for quite some time now, but only one capsule a day instead of two. Mainly because they certainly keep you regular :)
That would be the only down side I Have found though. Very hard to describe a noticeable difference, but suffice to say, my thought patterns are definitely a lot clearer - more precise now than before and if I focus on an issue, I have noticed my thoughts become really clear. Quite amazing really.
