Directions For Use

Open all hook fasteners and slide foot into the stabiliser. Loop the top strap through the buckle, pull and secure it. Fit should feel firm, yet comfortable.
Pull strap on left side of foot up and across, attaching the hook fasteners to the opposite side of ankle stabiliser.
Follow same directions for remaining strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.

If discomfort or pain results, persists or increases, discontinue use and consult a physician. Attach all closures before washing.
Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
Do not: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softener.

I'd sprained my ankle badly and needed it held in place for 12 weeks. I work in a job where I was on my feet 12 hours a day, and this brace was hands down the best brace I've ever had. I had no discomfort at the end of the day, it held my ankle firmly and yet, unlike the compression bandages, it didn't 1)stretch or 2)hurt my foot. It actually allows my ankles to move vertically so I don't limp like I would when my ankle movement was restricted in all directions. A year later, it still hasn't stretched out of shape and it still works as well as the day I bought it. I'd highly recommend it to anyone with weak/recovering ankles and need a medium-firm support.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Latcho from Sport Deluxe Ankle Stabiliser I use the stabiliser very day for ankle support from arthritis. It works really well by holding my ankle in a comfortable position for walking. It fits well inside any shoe I wear and I wear it outside my sock for more comfort. The only down side to it. I go through three to four of the supports a year as they fall apart. They are quite expensive and it does become costly. I am not playing sports, just walking. Photo attached of the side supports breaking through the stitching.

Rated 4 out of 5 by CatML from Ankle support review The support was comfortable and provided great support for walking and running/aerobics although the splint plate is a little too long for my short lower leg and it does press into my calf muscle after vigorous excersise. Very easy to use and soft material.I used it over my sock as I found this more comfortable during excersise.
