Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible product. I bought this for a patient of mine for back support and within 2 weeks of him using it, it has completely disintegrated. The overlying straps have come apart and frayed and it is completely unusable. I will be contacting you for a replacement and sending photos as evidence.
