Methods of Use (Adults Only):
- Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
- Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Boswellia carterii gum 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

The scent of the Hebrews
When the first Hebrew priests set up the tabernacle in the wilderness, God told them to burn frankincense and put it in their censors. For a long time I wondered what it smelt like so I was pleased to have the chance to try it. It is a lovely, a calming yet uplifting smell. Apparently it comes from the sap of an African tree and takes a long time to process. What a lovely experience for anyone in the Tabernacle to enjoy. 😃
