Thawing Frozen Breast Milk:
1. Place the frozen bag in a bowl of room temperature tap water and let it thaw slowly. As it thaws replace the water
2 or 3 times. Do not use hot water.
2. When the milk is fully thawed, hold the bottom of the bag and rinse this end under the tap. Gently tear across the bottom corner of the bag at the cut marks. Pour the milk into a clean feeding bottle. Warm the milk as normal just before feeding your baby.
