I was recommended these during a Tummy Talks webinar after thinking I had inverted nipples.
What my issue ended up being was engorged breasts causing my nipples to go flat. These were absolute magic to assist with breastfeeding to begin with. After using the shields for the first 1.5months while my nipples slowly built up a tolerance without the shields.
Would hands down recommend these items.
