Broad spectrum anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory cream for dermatophyte and yeast infections of the skin when inflammation is prominent. This includes conditions such as tinea (athlete's foot, jock itch, ring worm), fungal skin rash, thrush infections of the skin, fungally infected nappy rash and eczema/dermatitis.
