Rated 5 out of 5 by Caitlin from Great soothing nappy product! I'm a big fan of this cream, it acts as both a barrier cream and a healing balm for existing nappy rash! Instead of using both paw paw ointment to soothe and heal the start of nappy rash and then sudocream on top to act as the barrier, this cream does both! It's light weight but really effective. I received a free sample of this cream and then purchased it because I really liked it. It doesnt leave white goop on bubs clothes like other barrier creams can, which I really appreciated! I have noticed that you need to use quite a bit of this cream to cover the whole nappy area, but it still lasts a while because it works well enough it's definitely not needed every change!

It really does a great job and my baby’s bottom is soft and nappy rash free. I always apply this cream every after nappy change as per directed. I works wonders!

This cream not only acts as a barrier to prevent the rash from getting worse but we notice it helps heal her rash at the same time. It has a good smell and feels great in comparison to a cream like Desitin. Also full of great ingredients that are good for our babies! :)
