Does the job, quality can be better
Bought it around a month ago.In General it does what it supposed to do but the quality of the item is not there.The actual unit casing is cheap plastic, tank leaks despite having a seal around it,one of the tank locks already cracked.Sometimes it stops pumping the liquid out and you need to shake it in order for it to work again.

Made of cheap plastic, doesn't feel durable, and the water flow is too high/powerful on the lowest setting. Does not hold enough water so have to refill. A traditional neti pot works better.

Purchased the NeilMed Sinugator Cordless Pulsating Nasal Wash for my 85 year old mother and she is getting good results and finding it very easy to use. Very good if you have arthritis is hands.
