Bonvit Benefits
I have been taking Bonvit Psyllium Husk Orange Flavour for more than then years, and find that it is very beneficial in maintaining bowel regularity. I always take a quantity of two teaspoons in water one hour prior to my evening meal, which is adequate for me to have an easy bowel movement the following morning. I have tried plain psyllium, but find that Bonvit's orange flavour makes it far more palatable.

Bonvit ticks all the boxes, as it is Aussie made.
Bonvit orange helps my bowel work better [more regularly] in my latter years.
It tastes very mildly sweet and is very palatable and is very good value for money.
It has no yucky aspartame and only a small amount of sugar.
We, as a family have tried lots of other products, but Bonvit ticks all the boxes, as it is a top quality Australian made product.
