Directions For Use

Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes or as directed by your dental professional. - Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. - Do not use for children 6 years of age or less. - Keep out of reach of children.

It does keep your breath fresh I found! It takes you a while to get used to the taste. I used the toothpaste morning and night using my electric toothbrush. It left my teeth feeling smooth and clean after every brush. Over the 4 week period I’m not sure I saw a huge difference in colour change, as I feel my teeth are quite light in colour already. I’m not a coffee drinker either so I didn’t have many stains to remove. All in all it’s not a bad product to use and I would recommend it to others!

The tube has an exceptionaly good cap that is easy to use and does not allow excess toothpaste to collect at the nozzle.

Not just for the results having a whiter and brighter smile I also found that the taste of this toothpaste to be amazing and love how fresh my mouth feels after brushing. So much so, that even if the toothpaste wasn't going to give me the whitening results I was after that the taste and freshness alone would make me buy it. I will definitely be swapping over to Colgate Optic white enamel white teeth whitening toothpaste from my usual brand.

It has been very easy to incorporate this product into my daily routine. The taste is minty and fresh and my teeth look and feel clean. I have noticed a difference in my teeth in a relatively short time. My teeth were coffee stained and this has been noticeably improved. I would not hesitate in recommending this toothpaste and will continue to use it myself because of the great results I have achieved.
