The WORST!!!!!!!!!!What on earth were you thinking? Did you guys even test it? It’s embarrassing for a brand like Colgate to replace a great product with something so bad. I’d appreciate a refund and an email once the old version of floss is back on the market.

Never gonna give you upPlease bring back the old Colgate Floss that was ribbony smooth & flawlessly cleaned inbetween my teeth! I’ve bought three different Colgate flosses the last few weeks wondering if it was me… or you! Thankfully I found an old 2023 batch hidden away in my cupboard, the last of its kind - please help us Colgate, you were the best!

Absolute worst floss, colgate stuffed up this new versionColgate, what have you done?! This new version is absolutely horrible, this went from being the best to the absolute worst of dental floss. Please please for the sake of my oral health, bring back the previous version. Don't try to fix what isn't broken.

Shredded fibres stuck in teeth after using!Colgate, it’s hard to imagine that this product was tested before being released to market. The floss shreds as I’m using it, leaving fibres stuck in my teeth. It’s gone straight in the rubbish bin.

Worst floss on the marketI recently purchased what I thought was the standard floss but the product has changed significantly and is absolutely terrible. It's thicker and it shredds as you use it. I've thrown away 7 packs and it is a sub standard product

This floss changed and is really bad nowAwhile ago the packaging changed a bit and the floss changed a lot - not for the better! Splits and tears and bits get caught between my teeth ( maybe still there). Doesn’t slide easily like it used to. I managed to buy some old stock which is really good. But I will eventually run out. I don’t know if it has changed back again and improved since because I haven’t been game to buy it again. I would think it would change because the feedback shows I am not the only one who doesn’t like this gloss since it changed. I accidentally used one of the bad ones again today because although the outer packaging changed the actual plastic container of floss looks identical to the previous wonderful version of Colgate total.
