Listerine Coolmint Antiseptic Mouthwash 500ml antiseptic mouthwash kills germs that cause bad breath, plaque & gingivitis.
When used twice daily as part of regular oral hygiene, Listerin Cool Mint kills the germs that cause bad breath, plaque and gingivitis.
Plaque is caused by germs in the mouth. Plaque build up may lead to gingivitis, an early form of gum disease. The symptoms of gingivitis are redness, swelling, and bleeding gums. Gum disease is a major cause of tooth loss. Your oral hygiene routine should include daily brushing, flossing and rinsing with Listerine Cool Mint and visiting your dentist every 6 months.

Refreshing but not too harsh

Fresh Listerine Mouthwash

Only downfall is it left my teeth with a blue tinge but it did go away. I did use it a couple of times during the day just to freshen up and it worked great.

I used it at night before bed to kill any lingering nasties and stop them from reeking havoc while I sleep. The major thing that I didn't like was that it's very hard to hold in your mouth for the required time. It was a great way to start and finish my morning routine after brushing my teeth.
