Restore O.R.S. Oral Rehydration Salts Sachets X 10 are used to treat and prevent dehydration (the loss of too much water) due to diarrhoea and gastroenteritis in children and adults.
It rapidly restores energy and essential salts and fluid to speed recovery.
Although restore O.R.S. does not immediately stop diarrhoea, it replaces essential water and salts and thereby helps prevent more serious problems. Generally, restore O.R.S. should start assisting with the replacement of lost water and salts in the body after the first dose, however it is important to continue the treatment whilst diarrhoea is present as detailed on the carton.
