Click & Collect is a free service that allows you to shop online and collect your order.

This service is currently only available at our Pharmacy Online Alexandria location.

Our warehouse is located at: 3/33 Maddox Street, Alexandria NSW 2015.

Click & Collect hours are: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

After your order has been picked and packed you will receive an SMS confirming your order is ready for collection. The confirmation alert is sent to you when the order has been processed in full.

Do not visit the warehouse prior to receiving the alert as your items will not be ready.

After receiving confirmation that your order is ready to be picked up, you can then collect your items during warehouse operating hours.

When collecting your order you will need a copy of your order confirmation (printed or digital) and ID. You will be required to sign for your order at the time of collection.

If you need someone to collect your order on your behalf, they will need a copy of the order confirmation email and valid photo identification.

Click & Collect is a free service offered by Pharmacy Online

Orders will be held for 14 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.

If you need to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team. We will need to check your current order status, and recommend the best options available to accommodate your request.
