- Take with at least 250ml of liquid (swallow one capsule at a time).
- To supplement daily fibre intake 2 - 6 capsules
- To help restore and maintain regularity 6 capsules
Active Ingredient: Psyllium Husk
- Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking.
- Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
- This product may cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium.

Great once you get used to it
I didn't think I'd ever drink this, but now I find myself starting the day with a glass of Metamucel. The taste is great, and I do think it has made a difference to my dodgy digestive system. Secret tip: I accidentally added Metamucel to a glass of Berocca - it was like drinking liquid happiness.

So convenient
This makes adding extra fibre into you daily routine easy. I do think that the required number of tables is a bit much. Would be better if it was just say two tablets a day but still so much better then powder that has to be mixed in a drink
