For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm. For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary. NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.

Hot flushesIt seems to work when I get hot flushes. I have taken the tablets (different brand), with similar ingredients and they didn’t seem to work as much as I’d liked. Have been having hot flushes for about eight years, so it is a relief, as have only been using for a couple of weeks.

Helps control hot flashesAfter several years on hormone replacement therapy, it was time to wean myself off estrogen and progesterone. In doing so, menopausal symptoms returned, but Anna's Wild Yam Cream helped with the transition and with symptoms such as hot flashes and sleep.

Works ...I have been using Anna’s Wild Yam cream for over 13 years.. I had early menopause at 35 and none of the conventional drugs for menopause worked on me , then a friend suggested Anna’s and after about a month all the symptoms were gone and I’d had all of the symptoms.. my Specialist was very sceptical but he couldn’t deny the difference.. awesome product
