It is drying for my fine hairI received Batiste Coconut Milk & Hemp Dry Shampoo, together with two other Batiste dry shampoos, from beautyheaven.
The Coconut Milk & Hemp version has a sweet scent, doesn't leave a white residue, and it works well to refresh my hair between wash days, and makes styling easier.
Unfortunately, it really dries my hair and scalp out. In all fairness, I'm not sure if this product is targeted for me, because while I have some frizz and flyaways, my hair is very fine. This product might work well for others, but I think I'll stick with the Bamboo Fiber & Gardenia version for Batiste.

Hair refresher[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I have oily roots, this Batiste dry shampoo is a hair saviour for me! I received the Batiste Naturally Coconut Milk and Hemp Seed Oil Dry Shampoo from the Beauty Heaven Natural Beauty event, and have been enjoying it in my hair. I'm impressed with how it doesn't leave any white residue in my dark brown hair, after rubbing it in briefly with my fingers. It quickly absorbs oil in my hair (due to the rice powder) and leaves my hair looking clean and refreshed. I like the coconut milk and hemp seed oil fragrance - it's a gentle coconut scent, and not overpowering in my hair. This dry shampoo not only impressively absorbs oil and refreshes my hair, but actually gives my fine hair a boost in volume!

Feels like a tropical holiday[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to be invited to my first BeautyHeaven's Natural Beauty Month Event to trial a range of natural, sustainable and effective products and I was able to trial the new range of 100% plant powered dry shampoo from Batiste.
The new range comes in a 200ml can (though I was told they may release larger sizes in the future) and uses 40% less packaging. There are three in the range and I enjoyed the Coconut milk & Hemp seed oil as I felt like I was on a tropical holiday when using it.
This works like any dry shampoo products – shake, aim at roots from a distance (at least 30cm away), massage into the scalp with fingertips and brush away any excess residue. This one targets frizzy hair in particular but as I don't have fizzy hair or flyaways, I cannot comment on this but I feel it is still suitable for any hair type. I love that it allowed me to go extra days between washes whilst leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed.

Love that it's natural[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Batiste Naturally range uses natural extracts which is fantastic. I received the Coconut Milk & Hemp Seed Oil dry shampoo at the Beautyheaven Natural Beauty Month event to try.
The aerosol can is easy to use and I love the illustrated design on it. You need to shake the can before you use it and spray to roots from at least 30cm away so that it can disperse and not leave a whit caste on your hair. The coconut scent is lovely and this spray is meant to target frizzy hair and tame flyaways.
A great natural option for dry shampoo to keep hair fresh between washes.

Natural Beauty Month Event Review[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you very much to Beauty Heaven and Batiste for providing this dry shampoo for us to try and review at the Natural Beauty Month Event.
This shampoo is my second favourite dry shampoo from the Batiste range (first favourite is Green Tea & Chamomile for the scent)
This dry shampoo is one of the 3 new "natural" dry shampoos from the Batiste range. The previous Batiste dry shampoo that I've used tend to leave varying degree of whiteness in my hair. I also find that they tend to make my hair dry and feels crunchy.
Not this one.
The Coconut Milk & Hemp Dry Shampoo is scented. Personally I am not a fan of coconut scent in beauty products however this is very subtle and I don't mind it! It also does not make hair feel crunchy. It does a good job at adding some volume to second day hair. Initially the powder does come out white but it disappears upon massaging into scalp.
The only negative comment is the "100% natural extracts" claim. It contains 100% natural coconut milk and hemp extracts, but those extracts are such a small component of the entire product. So it could have been 0.1% or 0.01% natural overall, or it could be 10%. Who knows?
I have absolutely no issue with using synthetic ingredients so this does not affect my view on the product itself, but I do not like the marketing spin.
That said, I can see myself purchase this product for sure.

Dry shampoo for frizzy hair[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not a big dry shampoo user but it was fun to try some new ones from the Natural Beauty month event. Generally my hair doesn’t really need a ‘spritz’ between washes and there isn’t going to be long enough to let my hair get oily enough to try all 3 of these (apologies this paragraph is the same for all 3).
The Coconut and Hemp Seed oil dry shampoo was my least favourite of Batiste’s natural range. This was mainly due to the smell being my least favourite although as it is for frizzy hair it should really be the best for me. The pattern on the bottle isn’t as pretty as the others either.
I’m not a dry shampoo user but I gave it a go. It doesn’t leave a residue so long as you spray from far enough away (30cm) and brush it. I can’t really say if it makes your hair less oily. You use it on dry hair and the time I’d most want to use it is after a run when my hair is sweaty. They suggest blow drying your hair first but I’m too lazy for that.
If you are a dry shampoo user try this (or one of the others), they use less packaging than their original sprays and contain 100% natural extracts.

Love the scent, beware it is strong and lasting[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fave from the range so far. I think it must be the scent for sure!
Tropical coconutty scent, powerful spray nozzle, no bug spray undertones. This dry shampoo, as I have experienced with all Batiste sprays (regular and ones from this line), is effective. Takes away the oil instantly. I spray it on in sections, then fluff up the product with fingers, leave on a bit to work its magic. Then brush hair, distributing product even more. My hair is fine textured, gets oily super fast. And i don't have time for washing it often due to very busy lifestyle and not being home but to sleep and eat. Having over the rear long hair and needing so much time washing and drying and masking, love dry shampoos in between to maintain freshness. This dry shampoo is a saviour as do other ones from the range are. Instantly refreshes my hair. Grease gone. Smells amazing, stays on for a long time. My hair goes from darkest blonde to lightest highlighted parts of blonde. And this dry shampoo does not leave residue or look powdery after working it in. No frizz in my hair. easy to brush trough. I want bigger bottle of this. Hope Batiste makes this one as well in large sizes as their regular line of dry shampoos.

Frizz-free hair[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Batiste Coconut Milk & Hemp Dry Shampoo not only is a dry shampoo but it can be used to tame flyaways and frizzy hair. The coconut scent is quite nice and leaves the hair looking and smelling refreshed. I have dark hair and this formula doesn't leave a white residue but make sure you spray it 30cm away from the hair for better results. It can be used between washes or at the end of a busy day to fix your messy hair. It is very convenient to use and the can is small enough to carry in your handbag for emergencies!
