Directions For Use

Just cleanse, apply and let it soak in!

Cleanse your skin as usual – morning and/or evening
Apply 2-3 drops of Vitamin B3 Blemish Rescue Serum to blemish prone or effected areas on your face and neck and massage them in.
Apply your favourite moisturisers and make-up as usual.

I recently purchased this product on beauty heaven with my rewards, I am really happy with this product as I had specially ordered this product for my recent break out, it took a while( about 3 weeks) to see the results but got my acne away. The product comes in a dropper bottle and the liquid is clear and a little sticky although when you apply, it instantly soaks into the skin. I always applied it at night so the product would work while I sleep, I used the Vaseline jack and applied Vaseline over it to lock in the product. Highly recommend this product

Rated 4 out of 5 by Fiona C. from Effective ingredients for normal to oily skin This is another one of Boost Lab's face serums that is marketed to target blemishes in particular. The active ingredients are 10% niacinamide and 1% Zinc PCA which are actually useful for normal to oily skin in general. Niacinamide has many benefits for the skin including skin-strengthening, sebum-control in pores, skin brightening, anti-aging etc. Zinc PCA has zinc for sebum control and L-PCA which is natural moisturizing factor. There is also an additional ingredient 'Glycofilm / Pollustop' which a combination of Biosaccharide gum-4 and 1,2-hexanediol. It is supposed to form a film on the skin to protect against enviromental aggressors. The serum is very light and absorbs almost instantly. It doesn't irritate my skin and dries matte. I like that it is fragrance-free. There's zero tackiness and I find that it doesn't pill under other products. I find that it does control excessive oil on my combination skin. I don't have blemishes often so I can't comment on that. Apart from the Glycofilm/Pollustop, the formula is very similar to The Ordinary's Niacinamide + Zinc serum, containing 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc PCA which is a third of the price. Personally both perform similarly for me. It is a personal preference as to which you prefer.

Rated 3 out of 5 by jupiter from 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc PCA Boost Lab produces a nice range of serums that are easy to incorporate into your routine - they are gentle and don't conflict with one another so you can mix and match. This particular serum targets those who suffer from blemishes. It is housed in their usual glass bottle with a dropper with a white and orange label, and is fragrance-free. At first glance, the formula is very very similar to The Ordinary's Niacinamide + Zinc serum, containing 10% Niacinamide + 1% Zinc PCA. Boost Lab's serum also an additional ingredient 'Glycofilm / Pollustop' which a combination of Biosaccharide gum-4 and 1,2-hexanediol. It is supposed to form a film on the skin to protect against enviromental aggressors. The serum is very light and absorbs almost instantly. It doesn't irritate my skin and dries matte. I like that it is fragrance-free. There's zero tackiness and I find that it doesn't pill under other products. I find that it does control excessive oil on my combination skin. I don't have blemishes often so I can't comment on that. At full price, this is about three times the price of The Ordinary's niacinamide serum. The two are really similar and I personally don't think Boost Lab's version is different enough to warrant the price difference. I think they could have done something extra, for example adding centella asiatica or some other soothing ingredient to help those with blemish-prine skin. Other brands have combined, say 10% niacinamide with bakuchiol or with arbutin to give them that marketing edge. I personally prefer Boost Lab's brightening serum which has 5% niacinamide and 3% Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate and 1% Vit E. I think that is a more interesting offering than this one.

It targets excess sebum-oil production and forms a breathable layer of protection against pollutants to help protect and acne-prone skin. Since using this serum, my skin is so much clearer, and I am suffering from less breakouts. I noticed a big reduction in the size of my pores and a small reduction in my fine lines & wrinkles. It works well with all the other Boost Lab serums and layers perfectly under my other skincare products and make-up. It glides onto my skin nicely, feels a little sticky at first, but absorbs very quickly without leaving any tacky residue. 2-3 drops were all I needed to cover my whole face. It has no notable fragrance & did not cause any irritation to my sometimes-sensitive skin.

Formulated with Niacinamide 5%, Pollustop 3%, Zinc-PCA 1%, this oil-free serum helps reduce acne & sebum build-up and maintains clear skin. It also forms an invisible, breathable shield to protect the skin from all the environmental stressors. This serum was quite enjoyed by my teen. The serum is absorbed beautifully by the skin. Does not leave the skin tacky. It has no fragrance. It has definitely reduced the pimples and is helping the skin heal. Reduces the inflammation and redness too! A little bit is required so the bottle is going to last for quite some time. Plus, Boost Lab serums are quite affordable too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trixidixi from miracle worker I was very fortunate to be able to trial Boost Lab Vitamin B3 Blemish Rescue Serum as well as Boot Lab AHA Glow Resurfacing Serum. The blemish serum comes in a small glass bottle with a dropper lid. The serum is quite deceiving in a wonderful way as when you first use it and put that first droplet on your hand ready to use you automatically think it's going to be a thick greasy liquid but alas it's not. It's a thick clear liquid that only needs a few drops to glide on to your face, it absorbs almost immediately. I used the Blemish Rescue Serum daily in the morning, you are then able to apply your regular face cream and or sunscreen. I can honestly say I don't have too many blemishes but the one that I've been able to get rid of is on the side of my nose. I have squeezed the living daylights out of it but it returns each time, after about two weeks of using the serum it started to shrink. I've tried many products, had many facials but nothing helped until now. For me this is a miracle worker and will recommend to anyone that will listen

I was thrilled to see that as part of my trial that I had received not one but two of BOOST LABs products to test out. I found it beneficial to use the AHA Glow Resurfacing Serum in the morning and the Vitamin B3 Blemish Rescue Serum at night. I used the BOOST LAB Vitamin B3 Blemish Rescue Serum on my t-zone as that is my troublesome area and it worked a treat - There is no smell, it goes on a bit tacky but that feeling goes away pretty quickly and it dissolves into your skin nicely. I have very sensitive skin so I had some reservations about these products but after a few uses my skin didn’t react to these products. After continuous use for about 2 weeks my skin was looking amazing! No more red spots, my pores weren’t as congested and this product kept my oily skin at bay. Overall, I would recommend these products although they are a bit pricey compared to whats already on the market.
