Adults – Take 1 tablet once daily, with water, 30 minutes before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Tablets should be swallowed whole and not broken or crushed prior to consuming.
Each tablet contains:
Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry concentrate 80mg, from dry flower 600mg, Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) extract dry concentrate 18.5mg, from dry herb 1.85g, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 60mg, from dry herb top flowering and fruiting 600mg, Lavender Oil 80mg, Zinc sulfate monohydrate 13.72mg, Equiv.
