Adults 50 years & over take 1 tablet twice daily with liquid after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. It is suggested that you have each tablet at a different meal time.
Each Tablet Contains: Calcium (as carbonate) 600mg, Vit D3 (as choecalciferol) 500IU, Magnesium (as Oxide) 50mg, Zinc (as oxide) 7.5mg, Copper (as sulphate) 500mcg, Manganese (as sulphate) 1.75mg
- Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate
- Use only as directed
- Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients

Caĺtrate is a excellent tablet for older people.I have found caĺtrate has help my legs they don't ach anymore .
