Directions For Use

To support energy production: Adults take 1 tablet daily with breakfast or as advised by your health professional. For the relief of symptoms of mild anxiety and stress, reduce sleeplessness, enhance physical endurance and stamina or cognitive performance: Adults take 1 tablet 2 times daily with food or as advised by your health professional.
