It is definitely not a quick fix because my face doesn’t feel as smooth as I want to, in this summer. I end up re-applying many times during day even when I am indoors. I should’ve gone for moisturising lotion: Other than that the product is alright. Takes time. I am still using it. Pretty good so far. Does not do any magic. Only does what it is expected to do. This is Good for students or anyone on a budget as it offers a variety of skin types which are accessible online as well.

Rated 3 out of 5 by haylee_ from Watery texture for me From the way this is packaged I was expecting something a bit more revolutionary but this Cetaphil moisturiser really is as plain and vanilla as you can get - probably why it's good for sensitive skin types. I think in this instance "rich" refers to the ingredients - packed with some really nice stuff like glycerine, hyaluronic acid and vitamins - not the actual texture, which I found to be quite watery and take a long time to absorb in the skin. So if using before bed, make sure you give it a few minutes! I'd suggest using only if you had nothing else to use, this isn't a must-have.

I love how thick the cream is and because of this I didn’t need to use a lot to moisturise my face, neck and décolletage. It absorbs very well too. My skin felt and looked instantly hydrated and was noticeably glowing when I woke up the next morning. Whilst i didn’t have severely dehydrated skin to start with I still felt like this was giving my skin the amount of drink it needed anyway. I also have used this during the day just before I apply make up as I found it to be a good base before I applied my foundation. I definitely recommend this cream and will certainly be repurchasing again when I run out.

I use this at night and in the morning my skin is so hydrated and looks fresher and brighter. This cream reduces puffiness and has made a difference to my fine lines. My skin is smooth and soft the next morning and I can really notice the difference. It has a silky rich consistency and smoothes on beautifully sinking straight in. I love that it’s non greasy and it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I will always have a tub handy, it’s a great budget friendly night cream

With dry and sensitive skin, the ingredients list meets all my requirements for hydrating properties without fragrances, essential oils, or alcohol. I have noticed in particular that the cream was gentle and soothing after having hydrodermabrasion, where I was a little sensitised and flushed, which is a great sign for general use. Whether your skin is sensitive or not, I would recommend this for any skin type and any age - this was great for fine lines and gentle enough after chemical treatments. Some night creams on the heavier side had caused congestion in my skin, despite the dryness, yet with this cream I didn’t notice any clogged mores or signs of congestion. In the morning my face feels soft, soothed, and hydrated without residual oiliness. I use a rotation of serums and actives on my skin too and have never experienced ingredient reactions like balling or irritation.
