TURNS WHITE CLOTHING YELLOW
May be ok for sun protection, but every single time I have worn white clothing and have had this sunscreen on it has yellows my white clothing which cannot be removed completed,. I know have several items of white clothing ruined. Ok product , just be aware not to apply whilst wearing white or light coloured clothing.

Matte finish
Having an oilier skin type I struggle to find sunscreens for my face that don't either clog my pores, make my skin super greasy and look shiny. This is a really good one for oily skin because it has a matte finish. It's so easy to spread on my skin and is really great underneath my makeup. I don't find it heavy at all. It's also great for use on my body. It's quite lightweight and absorbs pretty fast meaning I can get dressed right away. It does not leave a white cast on my skin. I would definitely recommend this to those with combination-oily skin types.

Great sunscreen
Love this cetaphil sunscreen. I love all cetaphil products as they are great for sensitive skin so i was very happy to try this one out. The whole family can use it. It sinks into the skin quickly and does not leave the skin with white residue. It is quite light so it absorbs easily into the skin compared to other sunscreen brands. It is quite affordable and i love the tube it comes in as it is easy to apply and it fits in my handbag as well. I have used it all summer and have not had any bad reactions at all. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great and affordable sunscreen. I would buy it again when it is finished. It would fit all skin types.

Broke me out
This product broke me out so much!! I have oily skin and keep my skin pretty much under control with a good routine. When I switched to this sunscreen I started getting pimples all over my face, I didn't believe this could be the cause and kept using it. After using it for 2 months I realised that this is the product that's giving me pimples, as I had only started putting it on my chest and I started getting breakouts there too.
Soon as I have stopped using it my skin has calmed down immensely and I am not getting any new pimples. My entire face and neck are now full of acne scars.
The sunscreen itself was okay other than I think something in it that can precipitate acne. Please be warned.

I like cetaphil products but
Have been happily using cetaphil products for years and just tried their sunscreen, then I discovered they are not cruelty free. Silly me not to check first. If they can't properly claim cruelty free on products, they shouldn't bother claiming it in an faq without giving any detail to back up the claim. Selling products to countries they know will test on animals is not ok. Will stick with trusted brands such as Innoxa now.

Light sunscreen that blend in and no white cast!
So happy I bought this after so many drugstore sunscreen fail at achieving what a makeup wearer need underneath only a layer of serum. I abhor wearing layers of product underneath my makeup. What I always want is a sunscreen moisturising enough to wear alone before a foundation at this price point, I usually has just another light serum on before applying sunscreen. My skin is normal combination and often break out with sunscreen products, so I thread gently when choosing a new one. Cetaphil has ace the game with this ultra light lotion. The lotion is soft and easy to spread hence happy to reapply more often. When writing this review, I have gone through winter and into spring. I don't find it extra sticky either during a warmer weather.

Great product
Love this spf 50+ Cetaphil Sun Ultra-light Lotion. It’s affordable and does what it says. I used this over the last Sumer and my skin was saved from sunburns. I usually get sunburned very quickly but thanks to this I didn’t have any sunburns. I love how it’s not overly thick or too light, it gets absorbed into my skin and keeps my skin hydrated. There is no unpleasant fragrances and I reapplied every 5 hours.will be buying a another bottle for this summer because my friends and family finished this one

Cetaphil ultra light lotion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks as always to the ladies at beautyheaven for including me in the trial team.
I should preface this with a couple of things - my skin is very, very oily. Also, I fork out $$ to get Japanese sunscreen imported because I got hooked on the stuff... its fantastic. Hard to compare other products, honestly.
But the cetaphil product I'd say is about middle of the road. Definitely light weight, and I could use it on my face without reaction -a huge plus for me since I have sensitive skin. But although I had no bad reaction, I didn't find any other benefit. My skin was oily very quickly and I just couldn't wear makeup with it.
Great on the body though!! Great texture and not greasy. I think this is what I'll primarily use it for.
So in short , some pluses some negatives. Not bad overall.
