Brush thoroughly at least twice a day or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less. Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste. Up to 12 hours of protection against bacteria with 4-weeks continuous use.
For children under 6 years, Colgate recommends specially formulated Colgate children's toothpaste.

Fresh and clean feel
I would not believe it is a Charcoal Toothpaste when you first use it. The stripes are not very visible and you would think it was any toothpaste really. For the price I would be wanting what the package suggests. It does clean well and leaves a fresh and cleansed mouthfeel though. Not sure if I would buy again but if the charcoal was more apparent, then I would

My wife bought this for the family to try out when the charcoal faze was going around. Personally I didn't think it was any better then any other Colgate toothpaste is. I really didn't notice to much difference from the added charcoal feature.

Love it!!
Regularly buy and use Colgate Toothpaste and decided to give this Total Charcoal Deep Clean toothpaste a try. Well it has gone on my favourites list as my entire mouth seems to have benefited from its use. My teeth feel cleaner and fresher. Was a bit concerned about the charcoal factor but all I can say is it adds to the feel of my mouth. Great product Colgate!

Colgate toothpaste
We use this toothpaste I find it milder in taste to others and also leaves your teeth feeling clean and refresh’s your mouth I would have no problem recommending this product I think it’s a great product, a little more expensive than the cheaper brands but worth it, it comes on special at times and then normally you can purchase two for the same price as one

Has a great taste
My teeth have become whiter even though onlyy an improvement not brilliant white

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Personally, I liked it, my wife also tried it and hated it. So this could be potentially a polarizing product. I could see it having appeal for people who don't like that hot mint 'freshness' in many other toothpaste.
I felt the cleaning was on par with other Colgate total so I would say there is no real advantage of this product over any other but for the taste and/or to break the monotony of your regular routine. I'm happy to recommend people give it a go for something different but it won't change your world!

Good but not great

Clean, but not sure how deep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Colgate Charcoal Deep Clean is just like most other toothpastes I've used in the past. It didn't have an overly minty flavour, which meant I had the mindset of my teeth not necessarily staying clean for a long time (compared to other toothpastes). I'm also not sure whether the charcoal deep clean did anything as I didn't notice any change in my teeth colour looking at before and after photos. Having said all that, it's a perfectly fine toothpaste, same as any other Colgate Total product I've used in the past.

It’s good, and might get better!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Before trialling the Colgate Total Charcoal Deep Clean I used Colgate Total Tartar Control which ptovides an excellent clean and feel, and the Charcoal Deep Clean didn’t initially feel as clean. However, the clean taste did appear to last longer. The Charcoal Deep Clean also recommends using for 14 days for best results, which I haven’t yet achieved. Based on the current long lasting clean taste I will keep using it to see how it performs after 14 days. If it performs even better than it currently does I will strongly consider switching to the Charcoal Deep Clean as my go too toothpaste.
