Any of the following conditions may cause an incorrect result, DO NOT perform the test if:
You have haemorrhoids (piles) that are bleeding. You have blood in your urine or there is blood visible in the toilet bowl or in the stool. In this case you should contact your doctor. It is within three days before, during or three days after your menstrual period. You have bleeding cuts or wounds on your hands. Your toilet bowl water is saltwater or rusty. Cleaners or bluing agents are present in the toilet bowl or tank. If so, remove them first, flush at least twice until clear, then begin the test. The Test Card has passed its Expiration Date, or the Test Kit is damaged, dirty or appears to have been tampered with in any way.

TrustworthyWe have always used this product over the years when we didn't have access to the Government one and found them to be efficient. I would liked to have been notified that if I used a shared email address and clicked electronic reply that only one person gets the electronic reply whilst the other person has to wait for a letter.

Why pay? I’m 61I did the test and then when filling out the form I must add my credit card details at the bottom. This has been free previously and when I google I see it should be free for my age group. I don’t want to risk them not checking my sample because I have not added my Mastercard number and I don’t want to loose $39 needlessly. This is not very clear

Requires doctors detailsFrankly a little disappointing. It’s advertised as being a home screening kit and doesn’t mention anywhere that you need to provide your doctors details. Once I received the kit it said I can only get the results if a provide my doctors details? This really should be advertised. I have now wasted my money as I don’t have a doctor.
