Preventative Nappy CreamThis is a good nappy rash preventative cream where a little goes a long way. It is good value for money, is gentle on babies skin and does not have a chemical smell. If a nappy rash is already present, I didn't find it helped that much. I would still recommend as a preventative and use every nappy change.

ExcellentDesitin Nappy Rash Ointment is a very good product. I used it every time while my baby poop. Previously when i was not using this product my baby got lots of rashes. After using this product it is quite better now. No itching or anything. rashes gone in 1 day.

Works pretty wellI purchased this nappy cream based on word of mouth. The cream works really well but I cannot handle the smell of it. I don’t reach for this cream as my first choice, purely because of the smell. I’ll continue to use it when my daughter gets a bad nappy rash and our regular cream doesn’t fix it quick enough.

Best Nappy Cream and Skin Protectant!!!Desitin has been my go to nappy cream for all 3 of my children. I always apply it at night for added protection and this has prevented all of my children from getting nappy rash! It goes on smooth and thick, providing a good barrier and keeping your babies skin protected.
