Not what it used to be.
I have been using Sapoderm soap for over 40 years. It used to be sold as a "medicated soap" but is now branded as a "hygienic soap" since the active ingredient triclosan has been removed from its formulation. (For 'hygienic' read 'ordinary'.) There has been no subsequent decrease in price as a result of this change. Perhaps this has been negated by the price of the extra, wasteful packaging around each individual bar?

Recent Changes
I have been using Sapoderm soap for over 40 years. It surprised me recently when I opened a new 3-bar box, to find another 3 smaller boxes inside, (one for each bar). What a joke! Wasteful, not good for the environment and doing nothing to keep the price down.
Secondly, on closer examination, I was shocked to find that the long-espoused active ingredient (triclosan) was no longer present. I know this had been banned in the U.S. but I saw no announcement that it had been removed from Sapoderm soap. As a long-time consumer of this product, I am disappointed to say the least.

Don't love this soap! from
Dettol Soap
What have you done to the Dettol Soap? New packaging for each bar which is un-neccessary, thinner flatter block that is harder to hold. It just doesn't seem the same. Have you also changed the ingredients. I'm not sure I like it at all.

Love the Sapiderm soap, but I cannot understand why Dettol now individually pack each bar, which is already packed in a box. 🙄
