Directions For Use

Wash your hands, hold the device by the bridge with the curved arms facing towards you and the ribbed paddles facing up and away from you. Bring the device up to your nose and place the curved arms in first to make contact with the inside floor of your nose. Gently guide the device backwards into your nose to a point that it is comfortable. You may need to adjust your nostrils over and around the ridged paddles to ensure it's fully inserted. To ensure that the curved arms are resting in the correct position on the floor of the nose, the bridge should span across the top of your nostrils. If not, push the bridge of the device upwards to the tip of your nose.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ryno from A little bit invasive The Tester pack with three sizes to trial is wonderful, especially if you have a fair honk like I do and are worried they won't fit, they do. Surprisingly I only needed the middle size unit and the fact you can adjust the item to fit makes it all the more effective. The item definitely provides greater air flow and contributes to reducing the snoring. On the second day I awoke it was evident that it had fallen out. No big deal but I suspect that will happen from time to time. It is somewhat uncomfortable but not to the extent it hinders your sleep to any extent at all. The reason for the low score was that I also trailed the adhesive nose strips which produces the very same result without having to stick something inside your nose. The strip sticks across your nose and also provides greater air flow and also reduces the snoring. Reducing being the key word. Neither item stopped my snoring completely. The only down side with the strips is that you want to take them off during a shower. I was in a semi state of shock when it would not budge at all and i was forced to read the instructions to find that warm/hot water would facilitate removal. So there you have it. Both work, one goes on top, one goes inside.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Jan62 from Can breathe through my nose when wearing the device and my husband says my snoring reduced I've snored for years and have tried a few things trying to find a solution even surgery which only temporarily fixed the problem. I've tried Mute anti Snoring device a few times now and find I can breathe through my nose at night when wearing the device and my husband says my snoring is much reduced, so I'm going to use it more frequently."

Rated 4 out of 5 by Silentnight from Promise of easy breathing finally delivered Mute offers a measurement guide to assist selection of the appropriate size to buy but I bought the Mute starter pack because I was not confident about my measurements. The medium works well and gives me a good night of quiet sleeping by opening up a blocked nasal airway.
