Works when the strands are intact
Great product however each packet has a number of strands which are unusable. I have been using them for 6 years, and the number of unusable threads has increased

Quality has dropped
The quality of the strands aren't as good as they used to be. They break very easy and I have to use 2 or 3 strands for each clean.
