Methods of Use (Adults Only)
Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Salvia sclarea herb flower top 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

Clary Sage, Breath Easy and Hay Fever
This product is fantastic to use when I dust or clean up after my grandkids aged 1,2, and 6 who I look after 4 days a week . I just put a few drops of Clary Sage on my damp fibro cloth with a few drops of breath easy or hay fever and wipe over everything. I love cleaning with In Essence oils. I know they are safe to use and my house smells great. They are very uplifting and when my grandkids have colds or hay fever I know it is helping. Sometimes I put drops of Breath Easy on a couple of folded tissues and pop it under their pillow if they are having trouble breathing when they are sleeping. It really helps them all.
