Methods of Use (Adults Only):
- Vaporisation: Add 6-9 Drops (0.2mL - 0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser.
- Massage: Add 6 Drops (0.2mL) to 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into chest and back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
Essential Oil of Boswellia carterii gum 1mL/1mL
Keep out of reach of children. For external Use Only. Do not use neat. Do not use if seal around box is damaged. If symptoms persist, talk to your health care professional

This frankincense is not cheap but it’s very potent and so I know I have a pure product. Also I have always been taught that a real 100% essential oil needs to have a best before date on the label on the bottle, not only on the box which I throw away because I have a rose wooden oil box for my bottles.
A lot of the ones you buy in pharmacies or health food stores don’t have this on the label so you never know when they expire.
These in essence ones do have that and their smell is amazing. I have always used Le Rève oils and have been looking for some time to replace my now very old ones. I have found something I can use again for the medical properties, nothing else for me but in Essence oils

Frankincense
This is the first time I have tried Frankincense from In Essence. Found the aroma a little sharper than previous brand (which is now unavailable). Also it is far too liquid and freeflowing for a resinous oil. As it is expensive, maybe needs a better dropper to avoid waste. A little true Frankincense goes a long way.

We use this oil in the diffuser nightly turning on the timer and falling asleep to the scent of heaven. Iv tried other oils that were cheaper but they never compare. The intensity in this oil is amazing.

Don’t buy the cheap stuff !
Just the best ever Frankincense.
I first bought it about 7 months ago and got addicted to it and ran out eventually. Though the price was a bit too much, I decided to look for Frankincense from another brand, which was cheaper. DO NOT make this mistake. What we’ve received it was not even close to the real deal. we’ve read the ingredients on the cheap one and it states Boswellia Serrata....This is not the Real frankincense but they sell it as it is.
In Essence frankincense ingredient is Boswellia Carterii and this is what you should look for when Looking for real frankincense.
I’ll keep buying from In Essence because it is worth every cent and there’s no cheating there!
