My Friend Loves ItOne of my friends is doing meditation to help release his anxiety. I gave this blends to him and he loves it. Adding a few drops he puts on his diffuser and for his meditate session. He says the scent calms him down and makes him focus on his breathing. Breathing in and breathing out the scent makes him aware of his chest expansion and contraction and the flow of air through his nose. Now this blends is his must have in his meditation session.
