Methods of use: Vaporisation: add 6-9 drops (0.2mL-0.3mL) to the water in your diffuser. Massage: add 6 drops (0.2mL) to a tablespoon of a carrier oil and massage into chest & back. The mixture can be kept for 24 hours at room temperature.
EACH mL OF PURE ESSENTIAL OIL CONTAINS: CITRUS SINENSIS SWEET ORANGE FRUIT PEEL , ORIGANUM MAJORANA MARJORAM LEAF , CHAMAEMELUM NOBILE ROMAN CHAMOMILE FLOWER.

Solid sleep, love this blend!Always on in the bedroom, I struggle to sleep without it and love this blend without the lavender, sometimes I find lavender to be too sweet or overpowering.

Love the no lavender version!I prefer this over the normal sleep oil. It’s got a strong undertone of orange but is still calming and relaxing. So good! I’ve tried the entire range and this is in my top 3

Sleep MistThis is a great product, it has a wonderful calming and relaxing aroma. I spray it around the bedroom and (lightly) on bed clothes just before heading to bed. It's a lovely way to relax into your nights sleep.

Works better for me than the lavenderI find this more effective than the original blend containing lavender. Whether it's because I don't really like lavender, or it just suits my body chemistry better I'm not sure. I use most of the IE blends and find the majority of them helpful.
