Aloe Vera & Vitamin E
I have always bought this product of tissue for many years because other cheaper tissues rip the skin in my nose and obviously cut backs have been made with the quality of your brand and I can no longer use the tissues. The tissues are not thicker and softer anymore. You may want to consider that as you have lost a customer here and will continue to do so.

Please fire, immediately, the person responsible for changing the formula and size of the aloe vera & vitamin E tissues! Do you read these reviews? After many years of buying them exclusively ( even during Covid) I cannot believe you would introduce such a useless, low quality product .

Terrible tissues
Your aloe Vera tissues are so rough!!! Before you changed the formula I couldn’t use them to clean my glasses because they left a film on the glass. Not now!

Over the years the tissues have changed & in my opinion the quality has fallen. Recently they have completely nose dived and are no better than an everyday tissue. Definitely not worth the extra money

All you tissues seem to have changed recently
I frequently ( daily) use your tissues they were my preferred bland as they were softer and thicker and the aloe tissues very soothing when hayfever season is around. But recently they have all been not as soft and think. There is a considerable difference and I am not happy and neither is my nose.

formula change to aloe vera is rough on the skin
Your recent formula change makes your tissues rough on the skin and the tissues separate easily and tear when getting them from the box. Also, what's with all the 5/5 reviews? They look like they're from bots. All the names with numbers after them are suss. The wording is very off like it went through google translate.

New 2023 formula for aloe vera tissues hurts skin
Kleenex's new 2023 formula for their aloe vera tissues hurts the skin. The tissues are rough and thin. The new plastic you pull the tissues through is noisy and it tears easily, making several tissues come out at once. The quality has decreased majorly, but the price has gone up. I'm switching to another brand. I don't need a face rash, thanks Kleenex.

Disappointed with these tissues
I’ve always bought Kleenex aloe Vera tissues since they started making them , however, the quality is not as good as it once was. When you pull them out of the box opening they’re ripping or coming out in pieces (one ply, then 2 ply). Not nice! Come on Kleenex you can do better than this!

Won’t be buying your so-called 3 ply Aloe Vera tissues again. They are super thin and come out of the box in pieces. Truly maddening. These are the only tissues I’ve bought for many years. Won’t be wasting my money on them anymore.

poor quality of tissues and the dispensing system
I am of the opinion that the quality of your tissues has reached the point where I will no longer be purchasing ant of you products. My decision has been influenced by the ridiculous changing of the plastic tissue dispenser to a flimsy paper version that tore as I was opening the product rendering it useless. It is sad to see, what was once a very good product fall so low.

Not the same!
Always bought these tissues because they’re softer and so much kinder to skin but bought some today and they are thin and scratchy. What happened Kleenex? Are you cosy cutting and sacrificing quality because it shows. I’ll be getting a refund on the other two boxes i unfortunately bought. Not good enough Kleenex. Very disappointed.

What has happened to the plastic ??
Hi, I opened a packed of the Alovera tissues today. Turns out you are using some other flimsy plastic that is used to make the tissues stay up so you can grab them. As I was opening the packet this plastic part ripped so dosn't hold the tissue up anymore. Why do companied like yours keep changing things to make our life more difficult?

We love these tissues , they are soft and comforting snd thick and very very importantly they do not disintegrate when they go through the wash. But something has changed, they keep tearing and the third layer comes apart etc Is your change to make them a more environmentally friendly product or to save costs

I do prefer these tissues over cheap nasty ones, I find I am very sinus prone so if I buy cheap tissues I get an awful dry nose very quick. This does not happen with these tissues!

Why change a winning formula?
For many years our family has used these tissues when we’ve had a cold. Currently sick, and finding that the tissues are no better than ordinary. Not happy at this change, will be looking at other brands to find a new go-to.

Tissues are thinner and delaminate
Not happy, I have been using the aloe tissues for years I am pretty sure at least 15yrs consistently. Why stuff up a successful product with thin, fragile and separating tissues. HUGELY DISAPOINTING. Bring back the product I relied on and stop corner cutting.

I use Kleenex everytime someone in the family is sick. It's geeat on noses as the tissue is very soft. With added vitamin e it helps noses. It's thick so it doesn't rip so easily and great tissue size

Best quality tissues on the market
These are without doubt the best quality tissues on the market. They are thick and sturdy and don't disintegrate, but most importantly are so soft and soothing on skin, even after extended use. My children and I all have sensitive skin and can get red raw skin when we have a cold and using a lot of tissues, but it never happens with this brand.

Scratchy , thin, poor quality
Aloe Vera wellness tissues, bought May 2023. These used to be a great product, what's happened? These ' new' tissues are scratchy and painful, very thin. These are now no better than no name brand tissues, which are half the price and I would have been better off with. I feel ripped off, and will not return to Kleenex.
