Disappointed

The positive was that the taste was pleasant but that's where it finished for me. I had terrible cramping and was very constipated after the first week. By week 2 my GP had advised me to stop taking it

Didn't live up to my expectations.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I was not a fan of Metamucil. I had high hopes for it and while I did feel more regular after the two weeks, I won't be continuing with it.
The taste was not enjoyable, and I found it wouldn't dissolve properly, leaving lots of powder at the bottom of the glass.

Easy, drinkable digestive powder

Get your gut health back

Would thoroughly recommend it to people who have issues with their digestive health and/or are prone to constipation. Plus would help lower one's risk of bowel cancer in the longer term as irregular bowel motions are a huge risk factor for this awful, largely preventable disease

Took more than a week to notice the effects, but in the second week I started to feel improved gut stability and become more regular with bowel movements. Taste is ok, not exactly a special treat, but easy enough to get down. Overall, it appears to fulfil its advertised benefits to at least some degree, so I could recommend it to anyone who does suffer from irregular bowel movements and general poor gut health or discomfort.

Tasty and easy to use

My only concern are the ingredients. If it could be produced more naturally I would feel more confident using it without worrying what harm the ingredients may be doing to my body.
