no tears
I've tried other shampoos but i always go back to Johnsons baby shampoo. I use it on both my 6 year old and 9 months old - effortless hair washing because of no tears. Highly recommend.

Not too much
You only need to use a small amount on babies hair. It lathers well and if you use too much it can take one too many rinses, especially if you baby does not like water over their head / face.

Great product!
Fabulous product. I've found some other shampoos irritate my bulbs eyes and make her throw a tantrum. With this shampoo we don't even need to wear her special bath hat to stop the shampoo running into her eyes. The smell is also very beautiful

My son and myself love it!
Have used Johnson’s Baby Shampoo for the past five and a half years on my son we love it! Smells great, no stinging eyes, keeps his hair clean. I have also just started the ‘Curly Girl Method’ and found this Shampoo is Curly Girl Approved! Has the perfect ingredients to cleanse away any product buildup but still gentle enough on my curls with no hidden nasties! Love it!
We also love the ‘Top-To-Toe Baby Wash’ and ‘Baby Lotion’ both smell Devine

I have been using Johnsons Baby Shampoo for many years I am disappointed in the new formula and do not like the scent.
By all means market the new product, but keep the old product as well.
I will not be buying the new product. Not a fan.

Recently Released New Formula Baby Shampoo
I have an eye hypo-sensitivity to a lot of chemicals!
Its "NO MORE TEARS" is not so true for me anymore.
JOHNSON’S® baby shampoo is as gentle and mild to the eyes as pure water." Really?
Why not mark the bottle with a warning to say that the formula has changed as was done on the previous new formula release.
I have only one bottle of the old formula left.
So I don't know how I will cope in the future once it is gone.
Maybe you can advise where I can get some old stock?

Johnsons Baby Shampoo - new formula - overpoweringly scented
Despite what Johnson's claim to have done to improve this product, it is now overpoweringly perfumed, which it wasn't before. I brought 4 bottles this week without realising they had changed the formula, took one sniff and have thrown the lot on the bin. I'm asthmatic, luckily no longer chronic, but this new product would be so dangerous to babies, children or adults with young and/or damaged lungs. I think this product should be taken off the shelf before someone ends up in hospital.

New formula terrible
I have been using Johnson's Baby Shampoo for well over 20 years. The new formula is terrible and I will not be using it again. It made my hair like straw and left my scalp burning. I can't imagine what it would do to a baby's scalp. Why change something that is a winner. It just doesn't make sense!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It smells lovely and isn’t irritating on my baby or my own skin. It doesn’t irritate eyes and cleans well. I used it on myself as well as my daughter to test for irritation but it’s fine. I’m not a Johnson’s fan purely because of how many strong fragrances they use, but I would buy this.

Not so gentle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Johnson’s shampoo and it’s smell take me back to my childhood, but I am sad that I won’t use it on my little girls. There’s a few ingredients in Johnson’s baby shampoo that are less than gentle on my children’s skin, and I would rather not use nasty chemicals when I know there are better alternatives!
