It leaves my lips feeling plump and fresh. I also love knowing I’m using natural products that are good for me and the environment. Nothing moisturisers my lips quite like paw paw. Definitely give it a try if you haven’t before. It also works well under lipstick and gives great shine for healthy natural look.

I especially love that it doesn’t contain any parabens, mineral-oils or petrochemicals and the paw-paw in it is certified organic. The consistency is smooth and light, and the scent/flavour is subtle. It nice and glossy and looks good over the top of lipstick. I am obsessed with lip balm and need to have it on me at all times, I use this everyday.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Miss19 from For super smooth lips If you love Natralus's paw paw ointment then you will love their paw paw lip balm! I don't know why I have such an obsession with lip balms but I can never get enough of them. It's safe to say I have around 5 or 6 but out of all of them I think this one gets used the most. Just like with their other products I love that it doesn't contain mineral oils, parabens, or petrochemicals so I can feel good about using it. The product is thick but I find that when the weather is warmer it goes on a lot easier. I just glide the tip of the balm over my lips and then I rub it in with my fingers so it's easily spread. My lips tend to get very dry and start to crack so I apply this all the time and it instantly hydrates my lips and keeps them soft. I mostly use it on its own but sometimes I'll use it underneath my lipsticks for extra moisture.

It is a simple but super effective sollution to dry, chapped winter lips and it is super easy to apply, thanks to the slanted tip, and easy to wear. I found it a little waxier than other paw paw lip balms I have tried, but I honestly prefer that to the greasy feel that I usually get. I wouldn't say it worked miracles, but it was an effective lip balm that was comfortable to wear. The scent and the taste were pleasant and subtle, and I did find that it took a long time to "soak in" to my lips after I put it on. On one hand, this isn't a bad thing, because it provides a bit of protection from the cold and the wind and lets your poor chapped lips get the hydration they desperately need. But on the other hand, if you want to wear lipstick over the top, forget it. But it is Australian made and owned and is made from Organic ingredients! That in itself is a massive win! Being cruelty free is also another big gold star from me! So Overall: simple, not exactly earth shatteringly remarkable, but good.

Thanks BH for letting me try this in the June 2017 discovery bag :) This lip balm comes in a tube with a slanted applicator that you squeeze the product out of. I love the fact that it is a natural product that isn't tested on animals.That's always a plus in my book I have tried this on it's own as well as under lipstick & it keeps my lips hydrated for hours,it actually stays moist & doesn't start to dry over time which is great but it also doesn't feel heavy & like my lips can't breathe which i can't stand. It's surprisingly light for such a moisturising product I found the scent & taste to be pleasant & subtle . This actually rivals my most favourite lip balm ,you know the one (it starts with b) & would definitely consider purchasing this instead when i run out.

I love paw paw products and was excited to try this lip balm as its ingredients are derived from organic farming. The smell is beautiful and gentle and the tube provides an easy squeeze of product to come out each time.<br />A little product is all you will need. It's thick and white and when you apply it but luckily it goes on clear.<br />It feels like thick wax. It feels very heavy on my lips and it doesn't sink into my skin well at all.<br />You straight away smell the nice paw paw scent which is great. But my lips felt tacky and when I had product go into my mouth the taste was unpleasant. To me it tastes like a thicker Vaseline. A taste that is hard to take.<br />When using the product my lips felt moisturised but also a little sticky. I had to stop using this one on my lips but applied it to my hands and elbows and found it great on them ! (For nighttime use as it is quite thick and sticky)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dance from Incredibly moisturising I really loved the Naturlus Essential Paw Paw Lip Balm, which surprised me a little bit. I’m not usually all that into lip balms, and so I was expecting to have a so-so reaction to this. However, it’s one of the best lip balms I’ve ever tried. It goes on easily, although I found that managing the tube meant that initially I dispensed a bit more than I really wanted. This wasn’t a big problem, and I quickly developed the knack of squeezing just enough. It was astonishingly moisturising. I swear I noticed a difference within just a few hours. After using it for a few days, there was a really clear difference – my lips were softer, the cracking I’m usually subject to had disappeared (I live in a really cold part of Australia), and overall my lips just felt great. I’m not a huge fan of Papaya – the flavour of the balm I was testing – but the flavour was actually pretty subtle and didn’t bother me at all. This lip balm was just incredibly effective I received this as part of the Winter 2017 Discovery Bag – thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Luna19 from Daily Go To Firstly, thanks to BH for the discovery bag I have really enjoyed trying out this product, unfortunately, due to the time limit I haven't been able to try this product in more extreme weather/situations (E.g. heat/cold/camping) but in general day to day use it has proved to be quite good. The other paw paw balms I have used have had petroleum jelly so I love that this lip balm doesn't contain it, as it doesn't have that same greasy oily residue to it. Some extra quick positives are that this brand does not test on animals, and it isn't a drying lip balm (the feel to need to reapply constantly), this may be due to it not adding any fragrances or colours. The paw paw scent is a subtle and tropical and the balm is smooth and glides on, it is quite thick so I found only a small amount was needed to apply on the lips. I've used this product by itself and over the top of lipstick for extra hydration, it added a nice shine and helped protect my lips from drying out. I love the squeeze-out tube, keeps the applicator clean and washable. My lips feel softer and supple, and overall skin condition has improved. I'll definitely re-purchase this product, I am kicking myself for not trying it sooner!
