Wet face and hands with lukewarm water. Pump cleanser into hands and work into a foamy lather. Massage and Rinse thoroughly.

Great product sad to see it go.
This is the best product I have ever used for taking my flight attendant makeup off. We are not happy that it has been discontinued. I do not like the oil products, wipes& creams. YOU STILL HAVE PHOTOS OF THE PRODUCT ON THIS PAGE!!

I have used this for over a decade. I week ago I went to the store and nothing on the self. Went to three others and the same. Came to this site only to find out it is discontinued??? How? It’s a good product. Leave my face so clean. Tried others but not the same.

Daily User for 20+ years
I have been using this product daily for 20+ years. Because of this little blue bottle, I have been brand loyal to all Neutrogena products. Please don’t take this away! It is the ONLY gentle cleanser for my sensitive eyes that effectively remotes mascara and thick eyeliner without irritating or pulling at the skin. Everyone says my 40 year old face looks SO young, and that’s because of this product alone! Please please please bring it back

I have also been using this product for well over a decade .... best product on the market for everyday clean, especially for those of us that wear makeup everyday. The texture and scent of your Deep Clean Cleanser is not particularly nice so I also echo the request ... please don't discontinue.

Disappointed this product is discontinued
Extremely disappointed this product has been discontinued. I have tried other similar products including the other Neutrogena one in the white bottle and now experiencing break outs and they aren’t as sensitive to the eye area. Please bring back this product :(

I have been a loyal customer of Neutrogena for many years and this has been my go-to product because it is a cleanser that also removes make-up effectively, is gentle on the skin, and is affordable. I am beyond disappointed that the product has been discontinued. I assume this is because it is more profitable for Neutrogena to make buyers purchase a separate make-up remover in addition to the cleanser. With the cost of everything these days (not to mention excessive packaging), all I have to say is thanks and see ya. I will be purchasing elsewhere.

Best cleanser out there
This is the best cleanser out there. gets rid of all makeup and cleanses skin at the same time without stripping my skin and making it dry. I love this stuff.. Unfortunately I haven't been able to find it so easily lately and am REALLY REALLY hoping its not discontinued. PLEASE NOOOOOO!

Clear skin, CLEAN SKIN
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, I really wanted to try this for longer than 1 week to really see its results. The highlight for me personally was that it was fragrance-free. My skin is easily irritated and tends to dry out if I overly use scented products, this wasn't the case here. A few swatches with a damp cloth and I could immediately see how useful the foam cleanser was and clean my skin looked. Especially after a whole day of wearing makeup and other sorts of essential oils and serums. It's really fast and effective and does leave my skin looking dewy.

Having sensitive combination skin it’s alway a battle to find the right balance. It left my face feeling fresh but not that tight dry feeling. I usually get terrible dry spots around my nose and inbetween my eyebrows and the forehead space above! I haven’t had to exfoliate or over moisturise since using this.
Will definitely keep using this product. Great size bottle. One pump is plenty is foams up nicely.
Overall pretty impressed and my skin is feeling clear and soft. Will be interesting to see over long term use if it helps with my redness.

Good cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cleanser is definitely extra gentle and doesn't aggravate my skin. However, it I found that I needed to use an organic cotton cloth to remove the usual tinted sunscreen that I wear. I guess this is a symptom of being so gentle, but because I was then using a cloth my skin did get a bit more dry than I would have liked. Once my skin got used to that however I did get comments about how good my skin looked.

Simple and gentle cleanser

I was very happy that this one was in the former category. It's a clear gel consistency that foams slightly when used, feels nice on the skin, rinses very easily, helps remove sunscreen and traces of makeup, and leaves skin feeling clean and hydrated.

Gentle Skin Loving Goodness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have combination, reactive skin and use a foaming face wash nightly to cleanse and remove make up. The first thing I noticed about this face wash is that the lather feels quite silky, rather than that bubbly, detergent-like lather a lot of foaming washes have. I only needed one pump to create a large amount of lather too, so one bottle will last for ages. My skin did not react to this, nor did it feel overly stripped after washing. I wear a full face of make up each day and double cleanse with an oil cleanser, so I cannot speak to how well this would remove make up on its own, but my face felt well cleansed afterwards without feeling dry. I would definitely purchase this if the price was right!
